WHAT ARE THE CHRISTMAS SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders placed by 2pm will be despatched on a next business day delivery service. Weekend orders will be processed for delivery starting on the following Monday. Please note that our warehouse will be closed Monday 25/12, and Tuesday 26/12. If your order is placed at the weekend before it will ship on Wednesday 27/12.

Please allow 1 extra day for processing of monogram orders.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CUT-OFF DATES TO RECEIVE MY ORDER BY CHRISTMAS?

For monogrammed orders:

  • Please order by Tuesday, 19/12/23.

For non-monogrammed orders:

  • Please order by Wednesday, 20/12/23.

WHAT IF MY ORDER INCLUDES MONOGRAMMED PRODUCT?

Currently please allow 1 extra day for processing of monogram orders.

Please note if your order includes product with personalisation, the entire order will ship once the monogram production is complete.

WHAT ARE THE EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN DATES?

Items purchased on or after November 1, 2023 are eligible for free returns until January 12, 2024.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Due to our automated ordering and shipping processes, online transactions cannot be cancelled.

Personalised items cannot be returned.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Briggs & Riley Online, you may return any unused merchandise with the original hangtags attached, for a prompt refund within 30 days of receipt of product.

Return shipping is free.

All Travel Accessories must be in their original packaging with all items included in order to be applicable for return. Items received incomplete will not be given a refund.

If you purchased your item from another retail store or website, please process your return directly through that retailer. Our return link below is for briggs-riley.co.UK orders only.

*If you are returning more than one item from your order, you must process each return request individually.

Your credit card will be credited for the price of the product when we have received and validated your returned item. Monogrammed items won’t be accepted for a return. Please note that credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customer’s records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

WHAT IF MY PURCHASE IS A GIFT?

If you plan to give your new Briggs & Riley as a gift please keep your confirmation email as a “gift receipt.” Please note that any refund will be credited to the original card holder of record, not the final gift recipient.

If you plan on shipping your order directly to someone else, please note our shipping boxes are branded Briggs & Riley which indicates what is inside.
